Trident Emergency Products has been a trusted provider of high-quality fire truck plumbing and hardware, delivering innovative, NFPA-compliant solutions that enhance safety, reliability and performance. With a commitment to fast delivery, professional support and uncompromised customer service, Trident is proud to exhibit at Interschutz in Hall 027, Stand J65.
This year, the company is highlighting its flagship GP Series™ foam pumps, the proven AirPrime™ priming systems, including the new AirPrime Turbo, and the FOAMATE™ 1.5 and 2.1 proportioners, all designed to meet the evolving demands of modern firefighting, particularly with the global shift to fluorine-free foams (SFFF).
The AirPrime™ air-powered pump primer remains a cornerstone of Trident’s lineup. It utilises the truck’s air brake system for rapid, reliable priming that is faster than traditional electric models while eliminating electrical system loads. With no moving parts, it minimises maintenance and features automatic draining to prevent freezing in cold conditions. Available in automatic, manual and industrial models, it supports single or multi-location installations for versatile drafting from hydrants, tanks or multiple intakes. Over 50,000 units sold worldwide underscore its proven durability.
Building on this success, the new AirPrime Turbo introduces enhanced performance with optimised airflow and even quicker priming times, delivering superior efficiency for high-demand applications and setting a new benchmark in pump priming technology.
Addressing the industry-wide transition to SFFF, the GP Series™ rotary gear positive displacement pumps are engineered to handle viscosities up to 5300 cPs and are UL-listed. Ranging from 115 LPM (30 GPM) to 1890 LPM (500 GPM), these pumps feature mechanical seals, spherical bearings, contact-free rotors for exceptionally low noise and wear, and bronze wetted parts for superior corrosion resistance. They also offer indefinite run-dry capability. Versatile drive options, including engine, hydraulic and PTO, making them ideal for mobile or fixed systems, new builds or retrofits.
The FOAMATE™ ATP around-the-pump proportioners provide simple, reliable installation and operation. The 1.5 model supports Class A, B or combined concentrates up to 4000 LPM (1000 GPM), while the 2.1 model handles Class B concentrates up to 8000 LPM (2100 GPM). Both feature integrated dials for precise proportioning ratios, ensuring accurate foam delivery in any scenario.
Complementing these core products are Trident’s ThermaGuard™ TRV and TMS thermal relief valves, which provide adjustable protection against pump overheating with self-diagnostics and alerts. The TMS variant adds selectable bypass modes for water recirculation or dumping, improving efficiency and water conservation across diverse climates. Balanced pressure foam system components, including balance valves, metering valves, and ratio controllers (up to 8″ for 3500 GPM flows) deliver reliable performance in bypass or demand configurations.
Trident also offers a full range of threaded adapters, caps, plugs, chicksan swivels, drain valves and wildland products, all backed by a comprehensive five year warranty.
Visitors to Hall 027, Stand J65 are invited to experience these cutting-edge solutions firsthand and discover how Trident’s innovations continue to advance firefighting reliability worldwide.
