Alpha Robotics and Magirus Realign Collaboration

Alpha Robotics and Magirus have decided to realign their strategic focus. Alpha Robotics will continue to advance its product portfolio, while Magirus is restructuring its offering as part of the transformation plan presented in May 2025. In this context, both companies have mutually agreed to conclude their exclusive partnership in November 2025.

Since 2021, the two companies have worked together closely on the development of remotely operated systems for fire and civil protection services – a collaboration defined by trust and innovation. This partnership will continue in an open and collaborative spirit, with an even stronger emphasis on market and customer needs.

The exclusive partnership was part of a strategic initiative to establish the field of Intelligent Firefighting Technology (IFT), with the shared goal of creating innovative solutions for the challenges of modern firefighting, disaster response, and rescue operations. Through this close collaboration, the companies have achieved significant technological progress and made lasting contributions to the industry.

“We would like to thank Alpha Robotics – especially Managing Director Oliver Rasche – for the dedicated and trust-based cooperation. Our joint developments have played a key role in shaping our vision of connected, intelligent firefighting technology,” said Fatmir Veselaj, CEO of Magirus. “Concluding the exclusivity agreement is a joint decision made in full mutual agreement and forms part of our strategic realignment.”

The shared objective remains clear: to support emergency services worldwide with highly functional, intuitive, and reliable technologies while further strengthening Magirus’ position as a technology leader. At the heart of this strategy lies a strong focus on customer needs. The continued collaboration with Alpha Robotics and the successful execution of joint projects – most recently with the Groß-Gerau Fire Department – underline both companies’ commitment to quality, reliability, and genuine partnership.

The conclusion of the exclusive agreement will have no negative impact on existing customer contracts or ongoing projects. Both Magirus and Alpha Robotics remain fully committed to their contractual obligations and will continue to deliver all agreed services without restriction.

Service and spare parts support for jointly developed and delivered products will continue to be fully guaranteed. Magirus ensures uninterrupted, high-quality customer care and technical support moving forward.
