INERT Gas Fire Suppression System

Janus will be introducing a next-generation IG 100 INERT Gas Fire Suppression System, designed as a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible solution for a wide range of special hazard applications.

This new system offers a long list of advantages:

• Single gas, naturally occurring nitrogen for clean and effective suppression.
• Zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
• Safe for people, equipment, and the environment; without the cleanup associated with water-based systems.

It also features cutting-edge hardware and software, including the flexible JDS design platform and discharge nozzles with 180° and 360° coverage. 300-bar cylinder maximises storage space for smallest possible IG footprint, and regulated flow enables use of schedule 40 piping for easier installation. Designed for installation in new and existing facilities, agent density associated with this system assists in meeting NFPA 2001’s 10-minute hold time, even in less-than-perfect site conditions.

This system is built for facilities where downtime is not an option and sustainability is a priority.

For enclosures containing high-value electronics like Switch Gear, CNC Machines, Electrical Panels, Server Racks. The Pre-Engineered Automatic Cabinet Extinguishing System offers powerful, cost-efficient protection in a compact form. Assembled using UL recognised components and charged with a UL listed FK-5-1-12 clean agent, this system requires no external power or detection system.

Key Benefits include:

• Stand-alone, power-free operation for complete reliability.
• No post-discharge cleanup, preserving sensitive electronics and critical data equipment.
• Easy installation in new or existing cabinets.
• Environmentally friendly with low-pressure certified seamless cylinders.
