Hochiki Europe has released findings from its 2025 Customer Survey, revealing consistently high satisfaction across key areas such as product quality, reliability and customer support.

Respondents praised the expertise and helpfulness of Hochiki’s teams, alongside the dependable performance of its life safety products, which help reduce false alarms.

Service delivery also improved year-on-year, with customers noting better stock availability, faster delivery, and high order accuracy. These gains reflect Hochiki’s continued investment in logistics and operational efficiency.

“Customers trust Hochiki for robust, high-quality devices and responsive support, and we’re delighted to see that recognised so clearly,” said Shinsuke Kubo, Managing Director for Hochiki Europe. “The step forward in stock and delivery performance shows our operational investments are landing where customers feel them most.”

The survey also highlighted a clear technology roadmap, with respondents showing strong interest in aspirating smoke detection, cloud-based remote access and control, multi-sensors, and fully wireless systems over the next two to five years. Demand for control panels remains concentrated in the half- to two-loop range, reflecting the company’s reach across commercial, education and public-sector projects.

Sustainability continues to be a defining theme, with many organisations expressing interest in circular design principles and end-of-life product pathways. These align with Hochiki’s broader focus on compliance, product approvals and lifecycle responsibility across European markets.

Commenting on the results, Kubo added: “Customer service is at the forefront of what we do. We pride ourselves on delivering a best-in-class, value-added service to every customer. For our customers to acknowledge this makes me very proud. These results reflect the hard work, dedication and commitment our entire team put into putting people first, which helps drive our success.”

The survey confirms Hochiki Europe’s confident position in the fire safety market, trusted people, reliable products, and stronger service performance, backed by a roadmap focused on wireless, cloud and advanced detection technologies.
