If we were to give you the short and sweet answer it is NO!
Using our Division as an example there are several key process that we follow to insure quality does not suffer.
1. PFEP is planning for every part our procurement team works closely with our internal manufacturing and external vendors to make sure that we have a continuous flow of parts to meet our agreed upon delivery dates.
2. PFEC is planning for every customer, knowing your customer and communication on delivery dates will make everyone’s life better. If a problem arises a phone call made proactively will go a long way to satisfy the customer.
3. Last but not least following your ISO (Quality) process. We have in place process and methods for inspection to ensure that items are built, packaged and shipped correctly.
