About the speakers:
Alan Elder is currently Fellow of Engineered Systems at Johnson Controls and has worked in the industry for more than 40 years. He is an NFPA member, chairman of the ISO Gaseous Extinguishing Systems Committee, and chairman of Working Group Gases in the UK. He also sits on different European standards committees for Gaseous systems. Based in Manchester, UK, he is a time served draughtsman and qualified in mechanical and production
Bart Goeman started work for 3M in 1984, as a chemical engineer working in the lab. Since 2001 he has worked for the Novec 1230 Fire Protection Fluid business at 3M (part of the Electronics Materials Solutions Division). He is currently Market Development Manager for the EMEA region.
