The arrests follows an incident which took place on the town’s Northfield Park, which saw both a house and a car destroyed by fire in the early hours of the morning on the 6th November.
Scottish Police revealed that two men – one aged 22 and the other 33, with both residing from Dumfries – had been arrested as a result.
