Staff shaken in Northern Ireland shop after man sets shop on fire

Staff members and customers in a shop in Belfast, Northern Ireland were left “badly shaken” but not harmed after a man poured a flammable liquid around the inside of the premises, before igniting it and then running off.

Staff shaken in Northern Ireland shop after man sets shop on fire

Staff members and customers in a shop in Belfast, Northern Ireland were left “badly shaken” but not harmed after a man poured a flammable liquid around the inside of the premises, before igniting it and then running off.
The incident took place in Rip-Off on Donegall Street on the 23rd February at around 12:50.
At the time in the store, three people were inside.
Police are currently appealing for information, while the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIRFS) put out the fire.
