Spartan Fire and Emergency Apparatus, the dedicated Pierce dealer for South Carolina, has been awarded the prestigious Pierce Dealer of the Year Award for 2024. Presented at Pierce’s annual sales conference, this recognition marks the fourth time that Spartan Fire has achieved this honour. The award underscores Spartan Fire’s sustained growth, exemplary customer service, and cohesive team vision.
Robby Fore, President of Spartan Fire, expressed his appreciation for the award, stating, “Receiving the Pierce Dealer of the Year award for the fourth time is not only gratifying but also serves as a catalyst which energizes our entire organization. Our consistent performance over the years, culminating in this notable recognition, underscores our remarkable team’s dedication and collective commitment to serving our customers.”
In addition to this accolade, Spartan Fire celebrated its 50th anniversary last year and initiated the construction of its new headquarters strategically located on I-85, between Spartanburg and Greenville, South Carolina. This modern facility is anticipated to enhance service offerings, operational efficiency, and customer support in the region.
Fore highlighted the company’s growth from its humble beginnings with three employees in 1991 to its current team of 40 professionals, serving the entire state. He attributed this expansion to the company’s focus on delivering exceptional service beyond the sale, a principle ingrained in its operations since the early 2000s.
Looking ahead, Spartan Fire plans further expansion with the opening of a new service facility in 2024 and the construction of its new headquarters in Spartanburg County. Groundbreaking for the new headquarters is scheduled for May 2024, with completion expected by mid-2025. These developments will enable Spartan Fire to offer additional services, including enhanced access to certified service managers, parts managers, and technicians.
