Where 12,000 visitors were recorded at Konstruksi Indonesia and The Big 5 Construct Indonesia last year, 55% claimed to have attended for the complementary educational features on offer. As a result, the third edition of the event will invite visitors to 34 CPD (continued professional development) certified workshops, up from last year’s 23 sessions.Previously popular topics will remain on the agenda; themes such as Project Management, Public-Private Partnership (PPP), and Sustainable Technology are returning this year in even more detail than before.
Based on visitor feedback, extra slots this year will be filled with all new topics surrounding building materials like bamboo and concrete, and soil structure interaction.Having set a standard for gradual expansion, last year had already “proved to be a more engaging and richer experience than the first one in almost every way” according to Bernanto S., Director VAS, NAI Indonesia, who describes Konstruksi Indonesia and The Big 5 Construct Indonesia as “the definitive construction and infrastructure event in Indonesia.”
