Tactical Unit

The Vallfirest Tactical Unit has been developed to provide emergency services with a highly adaptable and powerful solution for wildland firefighting. Its primary purpose is to transport and deliver large volumes of water to the most inaccessible and challenging areas, offering a practical alternative to traditional wildfire response vehicles. Unlike conventional pick-up based systems or large firetrucks, the Tactical Unit combines substantial water capacity with exceptional manoeuvrability, ensuring that crews can reach remote terrain where rapid intervention is critical.

This module is designed as an independent yet interchangeable unit, meaning it can be deployed across different compatible platforms without compromising efficiency. Despite its compact configuration, it equips vehicles with true wildland pump capacities, enabling professional teams to carry out suppression tasks with reliability and speed. The design focuses on functionality and field performance, giving firefighters the flexibility to adapt to varying operational demands.

One of the defining features of the Tactical Unit is its water tank, which exceeds the capacity typically found in pick-up vehicles. This provides extended autonomy during operations, reducing the need for frequent refills and allowing teams to focus on frontline tasks. At the same time, its agile handling makes it considerably easier to deploy than traditional wildland firetrucks, many of which face limitations in rugged or narrow environments.

For enhanced capabilities, the Tactical Unit can be equipped with a Heliskid system, a modular accessory that expands water capacity and introduces additional operational possibilities. This option makes it possible to adapt the unit for aerial resupply or extended ground operations, further broadening its role in firefighting strategies.

By uniting capacity, flexibility, and ease of deployment, the Vallfirest Tactical Unit represents a modern approach to wildfire response. It is not only a transport solution but also a frontline asset designed to strengthen the operational efficiency of emergency teams. In areas where accessibility is a challenge and speed is vital, the Tactical Unit provides a decisive advantage, enabling fire crews to bring water and suppression resources exactly where they are needed most.
